It has been 25,000 years since the Female Mate Massacre. All the female wolves have been slaughtered. So the men cannot reproduce. The best scientists in the Werewolf work came up with a medicine that will double the life of a normal werewolf. They never planned on what to do for a human, mostly because there has never been a human mate. Until Winter. She is the first human mate and the last female mate.
